The contact stated that while driving approximately 20 mph the vehicle's brakes malfunctioned causing the vehicle to drive into the intersection nearly crashing into a second vehicle. The contact also stated that while driving the vehicle in the snow or rain and applying the brakes to stop the vehicle, the vehicle would continue to skid and the driver had to pump the brake pedal multiple times before the vehicle would stop.
