Description of the problem	Good afternoon i have a 2007 toyota yaris with around 108,000 miles. I made an appt with a local dealer to go thru 3 recalls in my car and additionally to check on my rear-driver seatbelt which is not retracting (it failed on 6-26-16) . I have read various forums stating that various owners of my model car have had the same issue. The dealer finished the 3 recalled issues. The issue with the rear seatbelt was related to a ball bearing in the system that was not allowing for the seatbelt to recoil. The dealer wanted around $350 to fix the issue. I think this is a safety issue the car is not new but an item that is needed for safety should not go bad within a fairly long timeline, it should at least outlast the car. I have read various forums with people complaining on this same problem. How can this not be a problem related to quality and safety of the equipment toyota sells? Additional note: the dealer refused to fix my car's airbag (takata recall) because they did not have the parts yet.
