| Description of the problem | Air bag warning light came on at about 75,000 miles. Only the dealership could diagnose problem. Ended up being the "spiral cable". $530 for parts and labor to replace. I was given no explanation of why it had gone bad or if it was a defective item to begin with. When i type in a search on the internet for spiral cable, the majority of the posting involve toyotas. |
