| Description of the problem | Backing out of my driveway, with the engine running, i tried to stop the vehicle but the brake pedal was spongy and pushed all the way to the floor without stopping the truck. I had to continue to pump the brakes and attempt to stop the truck until it finally came to a rest in the street. It was as if there was no power assist to the brakes. The brake system thought the engine was off, despite the engine having warmed up for about five minutes. |
