Description of the problem	I have only 34,800 miles on my 2013 toyota tundra. The drivers seat belt is already showing severe wear (with fraying) on the belt, and the seat belt latch is also lose at it's mounting point on the drivers seat frame. The whole latch assembly "clunks" when i pull on it, or every time i stop the car.
