Description of the problem	Developing high alc. Density % when using only e0-e10 gas. Tsb 005813 was done in 2014 , but issue resurfaced. Toyota unwilling to fix the problem. Dealership want to charge for the fuel pump. ($1500). 5 year warranty ended june 10 2018. Truck has 54k miles. Toyota knows of this problem and it is a fuel pump. Truck has poor mpg due to this and lacks power. Ecu thinks truck is using %40 ethanol which turns high pressure regulator in the pump itself and tells ecu to pump more fuel. Toyota nor dealer wants to reflash the ecu. Tsb falls under federal emission warranty 96 months or 80k miles.
