Description of the problem	The lens cover on vehicle headlights are not clear after several years of use, they are becoming fogged over because they are made out of plastic and the sand from other vehicles going down the road sandblast them. This causes the headlight to not project the light down the road causing the vehicle to out drive the headlights. This can cause vehicle accidents and pedestrian involved accidents. They used to be made from glass and i would like to know why this is not a safety issue that is being addressed. Thank you.
