| Description of the problem | Tl* the contact owns a 2010 toyota tundra. Upon taking the vehicle into the dealer for routine maintenance, she was advised that there was an open recall on the vehicle. The vehicle was repaired accordingly per nhtsa campaign id number 10v017000, vehicle speed control, accelerator pedal. A few days later, while attempting to drive in reverse, the vehicle accelerated backwards and preceded to crash into a tree. There was minor damage to the front bumper.
