Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owns a 2010 toyota tundra. While the contact's husband was driving 5 mph, the vehicle accelerated on its own without depressing the accelerator pedal. The driver depressed the brake pedal, but the vehicle kept moving forward. The driver had to apply the emergency brake and shift into park to stop the vehicle.
