Description of the problem	The 2000-2003 model year toyota tundras have a known brake engineering defect. The front brake calipers are too small causing routine overheating of the front brake rotors. This condition warps the brake rotors and causes an unsafe and unpredictable brake response. Repeated re-surfacing or replacement of the rotors always results in the recurrence of the warpage due to the improperly sized front calipers. Toyota quietly issued a tsb in the early 2000's that mandated installation of larger calipers and replacement of other affected parts. This "fix" has not been common knowledge among affected consumers. This tsb not only acknowledges the original design flaw but contains specs and the specific remedy !
