| Description of the problem | Tl*the contact owns a 2009 toyota tundra. When the ignition was started the contact observed that the air bag warning light remained in the off position. The vehicle was taken to an authorized dealer on two occasions in which there were no service repairs performed for the malfunction. The technician stated that the fire extinguisher positioned on the floor of the vehicle caused the air bag to become nonfunctional. The vehicle was taken to an authorized dealer for the third time for the identical failure. The technician recalibrated the air bag and it functioned properly for one week. The contact scheduled an appointment with an authorized dealer for the consistent failure. The failure mileage was 12,132. |
