| Description of the problem | Tl* the contact owns a 2008 toyota tundra. The contact stated that whenever snow, ice or mud built up in the rim, the vehicle would shake and vibrate excessively when driving 40 mph and above. The dealer was not made aware of the failure, however, they advised the contact to have the vehicle washed to remove the mud and ice before traveling. The manufacturer advised the contact that the failure was caused by an environmental issue in the area in which he resided and offered no further assistance.
