Description of the problem	Tl*the contact owns a 2008 toyota tundra. The contact was driving approximately between 50-55 mph; proceeding to make a turn. While the vehicle was accelerating ,pressure was applied to the brake pedal. The vehicle failed to slow down and continued accelerating for a distance of of 15 miles.
