Description of the problem	Going up ramp onto hwy 90 as i was trying to merge into traffic the air injection pump and air switching valves failed and truck power decreased to 30 miles per hour. This is the second time i almost had an accident due to this issue happening at an inappropriate time. Toyota will not cover repair as they said defective manufacture of system not covered after 150,000 miles. Defect is their issue and should be rectified by them at no charge to customer as this is a driving hazard they have already admitted to the first time at 49,000 miles. *js
