Description of the problem	Since purchasing my vehicle in november of 2007, i have noticed a "bug" in the electrical system. In particular, the radio and automatic door locks have given me "issues" since the day i purchased my truck. I've notified toyota about the issue and they have replaced the radio and door lock actuators multiple times when the car was still under warranty. After the truck was out of warranty, no further work has been done to the electrical system because i, personally, feel that toyota should replace the electrical system in the vehicle instead of attempting to have me pay for the repairs as they do things "little-by-little" instead of actually just fixing the problem. I truly enjoy my vehicle and have no plans to trade, sell, or get rid of it, but, the electrical system has always been an issue and the fact that some of the doors will not automatically lock when the vehicle is traveling at speed or when i exit the vehicle by key fob creates a safety issue. I would recommend this vehicle to anyone,,, but,,, i would be sure to include extra electrical system coverage in any future purchase contract as the electrical system for the vehicle seems to be unreliable and unsafe.
