Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owned a 2008 toyota tundra. The contact stated the while driving at 65 mph, the front passenger tire started shaking uncontrollably which caused him to veer off the side of the road and into an embankment. The vehicle dropped 25 feet into a creek and landed on its right side, knocking the contact unconscious. The air bags did not deploy upon impact. The driver side door had to be pried open by emergency officials in order to rescue the contact. A police report was filed. The contact was immediately transported to a local hospital where he was treated for whiplash, cuts and lacerations to the right side of his body, a slight concussion, and a bruised right rib. The vehicle was totaled at the scene and was towed to an independent mechanic. His insurance then had the vehicle towed to their facilities where the vehicle was deemed a total loss. The dealer nor the manufacturer have been notified of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 218,000.
