Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owns a 2007 toyota tundra. The contact was driving approximately 20 mph when he released pressure from the accelerator pedal and the vehicle continued to accelerate. The contact was unsure whether the accelerator pedal was stuck to the floor or not during the failure.
