Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owns a 2007 toyota tundra. The contact stated while driving at an unknown speed on a curvy road, the accelerator pedal became stuck in the open throttle position. The contact depressed the brake pedal and the vehicle would decrease in speed momentarily before independently accelerating again. The contact was unable to maintain control of the vehicle and crashed into a guard rail. The vehicle bounced off the guard rail and the contact felt the accelerator pedal release.
