Description of the problem	First and only time i used the supplied jack for my 2007 toyota tundra. I followed the directions as indicated in owners manual and was on level ground at time of this pitiful jack? S failure. The jack did not hold the weight of my truck when i had to remove a tire. As a result, the truck fell off of the jack and caused multiple damage to tire i used (thank god!!) as a jack stand. The rotor of rear passenger side was bent and the leaf springs of that passenger side shifted and are now not aligned properly.dt consumer stated vehicle was damage by the failed jack. Dealer did not offer to replace the jack and stated vehicle was past warranty.jb
