| Description of the problem | Nut holding the driver's side heat duct was loose. This allowed the heat duct to fall down and block the driver's use of the brake pedal and the accelerator pedal. Luckily for me i was not on a busy street or driving at highway speed. This defect almost completely blocks the drivers use of the brake pedal. If this happens to someone on a crowded freeway at speed they could be seriously injured or killed in the accident. |
