Description of the problem	The frame and truck bed have severe rust issues. The truck bed is shacking now when driving. The frame was "sprayed" when i bought the car to the dealer. I brought the car to toyota dealership on winchester road they have noticed a lot of rust on the frame and on the truck bed and advice me to rid of the car because they cannot do nothing about it even trade for another car. I had the truck inspected by my mechanic before i bought and the car seems to be ok. Late on another mechanic pointed out severe. Toyota dealerships inspect the truck and said that it was unsafe to drive. I have to figure out how mysefl how to get a new frame and a new truck bed because i do not know what to do or who to contact. My mechanic advice me to contact nhtsa.
