Description of the problem	Almost uncontrollable vibration when applying brake pressure at speeds greater than 40 mph but the vibration is present at any speed. The problem felt like possibly warped rotors so the rotors and brake pads were replaced with new to no avail. The problem remains at any speed and is very much a safety concern.
