| Description of the problem | I have a 2007 toyota tundra crewmax i feel a clunk in the transmission or rear end a few seconds after i come to a complete stop. It feels as if some other car has bumped me in the rear and there are no other vehicles around. On some occasions the thump is much worse than other times. This started several months ago and i thought it may have had something to do with a sudden stop i made when an animal crossed the road in front of me. I haven't had my dealer check this yet but i now realize others are having the same problem so i will get it to the dealer soon. I have approximately 26,000 miles and close to warranty expiration. |
