Description of the problem	Referring to the january 21, 2010 toyota recall of certain late model vehicles due to a accelerator pedal ... I am the original owner of a 2007 toyota tundra with approximately 41k miles. I have experienced vehicle behavior consistent with that resulting from a stuck accelerator ... Both in forward and reverse ... On at least three occasions. After reading of toyota's recall, i contacted the phone number on toyota's web site and their representative denied that there was a recall. Another toyota representative was aware of the recall and provided the name of a local dealer ... Their service manager also denied that there was a recall even when i read the recall notice from the toyota's web site! She even tried to convince me that i have a mechanical problem and would have to pay to have my vehicle fixed! This lack of internal communication is unacceptable!
