| Description of the problem | Tl* the contact owns a 2007 toyota tundra. The contact stated that upon starting the vehicle, the vsc-off, four wheel drive low, check engine and traction control warning lights were illuminated. The contact began to drive the vehicle but the vehicle exhibited far less power than normal. The vehicle was taken to an authorized dealer where the contact was told that the air injection pump needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired but the failure continued. The vehicle was taken back to the authorized dealer on various occasions where it was repaired. The repairs failed to remedy the failure. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and assisted with the repair costs. The failure mileage was 79,000 and the current mileage was 79,500. |
