| Description of the problem | 2007 toyota tundra went into limp mode. Error p2442 reported. 75k miles on truck with air induction system valve sticking due to what appear to be water intrusion. The failure started out intermittently, then became consistent. Cost $1000 to replace both valves in each air induction bank. Worried that the pumps will fail in the near future. Unhappy toyota customer. Poor engineering design. |
