Description of the problem	All four rims are the alloy wheel . They are all blistering and pieces of rims are falling out. Called toyota they told in short there is no recall on them and there is nothing they can do. They also would not comment if there were others complaints on the rims. They told me there is nothing they will do until they are in recall.
