Description of the problem	My tires were rotated by discount tires (3836 plaza dr., ocnsd, ca). They did not tighten all the lugs on my right driver side tire and it flew off when i was driving and badly damaged my car. They are denying all responsibility and assume that the lugs are either tightened fully or not at all. I located all the lugs and only one sheared off the stuff. Also the safety stud was not tightened. Please investigate them to make sure they train they employees for proper and safe tire rotation. Also please let me know any other agency that oversees tire rotation businesses. Thank you.
