Description of the problem	The vehicle had a recall on the frame a few years ago, i brought it into the dealer at the time , they inspected it and said the frame was fine, they cleaned it and performed an undercoating. I recently went to the toyota dealership for an alignment, the alignment would not hold and they broke a brake line. When the dealer went to price out the brake line they discovered the frame was all rotted out and would not repair the line. I was told it was too dangerous to put on a lift do to the frame rot. They also told me the recall on the frame had expired and there was nothing they could do about it. The dealer provided the 800 number for toyota, i called them and received the same info, the time period for the frame recall expired. I did what i was supposed to do in the time frame, i brought the truck in and told the frame was fine. All the undercoating they did only masked the issue . The frame is now all rotted only a few years later and toyota will not stand behind their product and fix it. How does a frame go from being inspected by a dealer and told it is fine to a point where the dealer will not put it on a lift because of the rot in just a few years? The dealer provided the pictures of the rot.
