Description of the problem	Brake pedal went to floor. Brakes had worked fine when vehicle was parked. When i started the vehicle, there was no warning light on dash, no indication that brake booster assembly (toyota part number 470500c03) had failed or was failing. Vehicle was towed to dealership and showed diagnostic codes c0200,215 and 1223. Dealer confirmed no warning lights to indicate this catastrophic brake failure. Under different traffic or driving conditions, this could have been a serious or fatal event. This vehicle has been serviced only by the toyota dealership where it was purchased new, at every recommended interval, and never missed any scheduled maintenance. I contacted toyota customer service today at 800-331-4331 (ref #[xxx])and was told they had no record of similar complaints.
