Description of the problem	Takata recall - because the recall notice sent by toyota advises that i not operate the vehicle with an occupant in the front passenger seat, i have had only limited use of the vehicle for nearly six months. I filed a complaint with toyota, asking that they provide a replacement vehicle or buy the vehicle back (toyota case #1511190602. Since the vehicle can not be used as intended, it is my opinion that toyota should be required to offer resonable compensation and/or an amicable solution. Further, it is my understanding that the problem with the airbag is more likely to fail in areas prone to high humidity. For most of the year, this truck is parked within 50 feet of lake erie - from may to september - normal daily humidity is generally over 80% toyota should be required to offer compensation - this is a serious defect. To so drastically limit the owners use of the vehicle with no known date for a solution is not acceptable. Again, toyota should be required to offer fair financial compensation or a comperable loaner vehicle (including suitable insurance coverage) to the vehicle owner's satisfaction.
