| Description of the problem | This is not a complaint about a specific incident; it's a complaint about how long it's taking for toyota to implement its recall. Toyota's instructions advise no one ride in the front seat until the repairs are made to the airbags. It has been almost 5 months since the recall. My four person car has been a three person car since the recall went into effect it has rendered us unable to drive our family of four effectively denying us the benefit of the bargain of the vehicle we purchased. This delay is inexcusable. |
