| Description of the problem | I drive a 2005 toyota tundra that has accelerated about a dozen times since i bought it. Seems that when i hit a major bump that's rising across the lane i'm in and go across it, my truck will accelerate momentarily without me pressing on the gas pedal. I cannot always duplicate this action and when i go to the dealer it comes back as problem not found. As i mentioned it's only occurred maybe a dozen times since 2005 but it is a concern after all the recalls that toyota has had. I recently completed 95,000 miles on my vehicle and have been happy with it's performance with this exception. |
