Description of the problem	The frame of the truck was recalled for excessive rust. The dealer sprayed on a coating per the recall in 2013. The coating has all flaked off and the frame is losing chunks of rust. Toyota know about this problem but won't do anything about it once they spray the defective coating on it. The truck frame needs replaced and they won't do it. Somebody is going to be seriously injured or killed in one of these trucks when the frame breaks at speed.
