Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owns a 2005 toyota tundra with mickey thompson-dick cepek radial f-c ii tires, line size lt285/75r16. The contact was driving 55 mph when she noticed an unusual shimmy in the front-end of the vehicle. The contact discovered that the front driver side tire exhibited tread separation. The contact attempted to take the vehicle to the dealer however while in transit, the rear driver side tire also failed.
