Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owns a 2005 toyota tundra. The contact stated that while driving approximately 55 mph, the front passenger's side tire blew. As a result, the contact crashed into several trees. The air bags failed to deploy and the seat belt failed to properly restrain the contact.
