| Description of the problem | I had a check engine light that came on which, after checked by a computer, was determined to be part number 1445 (p1445). I researched it out and discovered that this is a common problem with the toyota tundra 2005 models, yet toyota would not cover the cost nor did they care unless i was willing to pay for it. P1445 is for the secondary air injection system valve #2 stuck closed. Is there any way i can be reimbursed by toyota for having to pay for the replacement of a part that many have had the same problem with? This is clearly a faulty part put into the 2005 toyota tundras and toyota should be required to pay for it's replacement. |
