| Description of the problem | Extreme rust damage to the frame. Toyota will not discuss the concern, and i am growing concerned about the safety of the vehicle and risk to me and my passengers. Everything else on the vehicle operates a expected for a 15 year old vehicle. I want to keep this truck and work with toyota to replace the defective frame, but i would also consider a replacement vehicle with fair value trade in. However, toyota will not entertain a conversation regarding my concerns. I received a call today from the local dealership saying that the rear of the frame cracked as they lifted it for service. I have complained about this to toyota since approximately 2012. |
