Description of the problem	Upon inspection of truck for oil leak, found that right side frame rail was severly rusted/rotted near where the sway bar mount is attached to the frame. Bracket for sway bar has separated from frame, and multiple holes (from corrosion) exist on the bottom of the frame rails. I took truck to dealer who informed me that the "limited service campaign" expired july 31, 2015, and that my truck was covered, but the previous owner never took it in for inspection. Called toyota corporate customer service and was escalated to specialized case manager. I gave them the history of the truck, that i bought it in october 2015, and that it was dealer servcied in 2013 and 2014 - but the dealer never checked the frame. Toyota has denied the claim saying they will take no further action - even though this is a known issue, and now a safety concern.
