| Description of the problem | While driving to work the axel on my toyota tundra broke and the entire right front end fell off and i had to steer out of traffic to pull over without causing an accident. Apparently, this truck was recalled due to the defective front end suspension parts and i was not notified of this recall. I had the truck towed to the toyota dealer and called the hotline and now they want to drag their feet in getting this truck repaired. I almost lost my life and now i have to deal with a slow resolution to a problem caused by toyota. What can i do? *nm |
