Description of the problem	Tlthe contact owns a 2004 toyota tundra. The contact stated that the stopping distance extended when he depressed the brake pedal. The dealer was unable to diagnose the cause of the failure; however, they adjusted the brakes. Approximately six months later, the failure recurred. The contact took the vehicle to a different dealer and they were unable to diagnose the cause of the failure; however, they adjusted the brakes again. As of december 26, 2007, the failure had not recurred. The contact felt that the slack adjuster caused the failure, but the dealer stated that the slack adjuster was fine. The speed was unknown.
