Description of the problem	There was a recall on toyota tacoma trucks regarding frame rust for years 1996 to 2004 i took the truck into marion toyota for inspection and they said that the frame was ok and they sprayed it with a rust coating compound. When i got home i inspected the work and found that they sprayed over a significant amount of mud that was on the frame (see pictures) i took the truck back. Marion toyota called a representative from chicago. They sort of "cleaned" off the mud and resprayed the frame. There was still mud underneath the spray. They refused to do anything else with the truck and told me that it did not qualify for any recall replacement. I have tried several times to bring it to the attention of toyota but to no avail. Within the last year the spare tire fell off while driving on the road. The front bumper just fell off. The frame is flaking rust and corroding at joints. Marion toyota basically just sprayed over mud to seal the frame.
