Description of the problem	I have a 2001 toyota tacoma that has frame rust through, and have received no help from toyota about a fair buy back as they do with the 95-2000 trucks. The truck has been inspected by toyota service, the service person said it failed but the factory district guy says it isn't bad enough. I now have a truck with a rusted frame that i can't sell and they won't buy back.
