Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owns a 2019 toyota sienna. The contact stated that on several occasions after refueling, the vehicle failed to restart. After several attempts, the vehicle restarted with the check engine warning light illuminated. Prior to the failure the contact received notification of nhtsa campaign number: 20v012000 (fuel system, gasoline) however, the parts to do the recall repair was not yet available. Stapp interstate toyota (8019 raspberry way, frederick, co 80504) was contacted and confirmed that the part was not available. The vehicle remained at the dealer however, was not repaired. The contact was promised a loaner vehicle which was not provided. The contact stated that the manufacturer exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair.
