Description of the problem	Since we bought the vehicle there has been a shaking and bang noise from the third set row and passager seat in second row and glove box. The arlington va dealer fixed it nine months later but the noise and shaking returned yesterday at the dealer in bowie maryland the told us it was a normal characteristics issue just with our van no other complaints were issued. The tried to force us to take the van before it was fixed and took the retal car back which left us with no vehicle. My case number is 108011842. Just want it fixed not the rude unsatisfied service from the owner himself and tom the service manager.
