Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owns a 2017 toyota sienna. While the contact was attempting to latch his six year old child in the rear middle seat belt, the seat belt failed to move. The contact pulled the seat belt harder in order to make the seat belt move to latch, and noticed that the fabric was shredded. The vehicle was taken to toyota carlsbad (5424 paseo del norte, carlsbad, ca 92008, (760) 438-2000). The contact was informed that the seat belt would be repaired as a courtesy.
