Description of the problem	Car stalls when accelerating from a stop. Happens on highway stop and go and when entering a junction after a stop sign. After the stall the car jerks as it suddenly lacks torque and goes to a lower gear. Toyota technician said that traction control shuts off fuel. This is dangerous since it leaves you stalled after going into a junction. They issued a tsb 0197-17 that didn't solve the problem and they claim that there is no problem and that it is a driving style issue.
