| Description of the problem | Tl* the contact owns a 2016 toyota sienna. The contact stated that the door spontaneously opened while the vehicle was in motion. The contact called antiac toyota (1817 auto center dr, antioch, ca 94509) and was informed that there was no open recall or remedy for the failure. In addition, while driving approximately 75 mph, the seat belt spontaneously became unlocked. The vehicle was taken back to the dealer where it was diagnosed that the seat belt buckle failed and needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired. The vin was included in an unknown recall for the structure. The manufacturer informed the contact that nothing could be done. The approximate failure mileage was 30,000. |
