Description of the problem	When the headlights are off, the dashboard instruments (speedometer) are very difficult to seen when overcast outside (no back-lighting). This is our 3rd sienna and was not an issue with past models (2011 & 2013). This is a safety issue in the it require eyes off the road longer than necessary in order to ready the instruments.
