Description of the problem	I was traveling west on rt 202 (butler blvd) in jacksonville, fl. My speed was 65mph and i was in the middle lane. I was driving and my son, christopher, who is disabled was sitting in the middle row center in his wheelchair which was anchored to the floor by four tie-downs. A car trying to pass us in the outside left lane hit my vehicle in the drivers side rear and caused us to spin in the roadway. After we came out of the spin we hit the concrete barrier dividing the roadway. My vehicle was totaled with extensive damage to front and frame. My son and i were slightly injured but not treated on the scene. My airbags did not deploy? Not the ones in the front or the side airbags did not deploy? This is a conversion accessible vehicle that has been altered from the original. I have re-purchased the same type of vehicle and i want to be sure that the airbags are working? Toyota has already pulled the "black box" and started their investigation. I just want to be sure that i get the "true" cause of why the airbags did not deploy?
